While in a level pause the game and press and hold the Z Button. While holding Z, press R, B, A, B, A, C-Up, C-Down, C-Left, C-Right, C-Up, C-Down, C-Left, C-Right. You'll hear a tone and the option "Unlock Worlds" will appear. Go to the option and turn it to "Yes" for access to all of the worlds.
